Potential problems are usually found before becoming a huge expense. Planned maintenance helps prolong the life of your heating and cooling equipment while saving you money in energy costs.

Planned maintenance is also required by most manufactures to maintain warranties.

Our customers really appreciate our discount maintenance agreements that save on energy, repair bills, equipment replacement and much more. If we don’t have a plan just right for you we can custom make a plan to suit your needs.


-All agreements are non-transferable without written consent from Parker's Heating & Cooling, Inc.
-All discounts are good for up to one year after agreement is purchased.
-It is mutually agreed that this agreement may be terminated by Parker's Heating & Cooling Inc. at any time if customer does not render payment for work performed.
-Discounts do not apply to service call fee
-All agreements are non-refundable.

Two Planned Maintenance Calls 1-Heating & 1-Cooling per year

 

Our planned maintenance customers receive priority service.

 

Gold plan customers receive a 10% discount on repairs.

 

Gold plan customers receive up to 5% discount on select system change outs.

 

Gold plan customers do not pay after hours fee or rates (except on holidays).
